Make it real.
I'm at my best when a rough idea becomes something you can click and hand to someone. I turn fuzzy briefs into clear plans, useful interfaces and working first versions.
I build my own products and take on client work directly. AI is part of the toolkit, not the point: I use it where it creates leverage and leave it out when it gets in the way.
How I show up
The glue in the room.
People have told me more than once that I am the glue in a team. I connect the dots: bring the right people into the conversation, make decisions clearer and keep momentum when work gets messy.
That does not mean smoothing everything over. It means creating enough trust and clarity for people to disagree, decide and do their best work. That is the part I enjoy as much as making the thing itself.
What I do
From rough idea to first version
I am good at taking something from zero to one: making the problem clearer, finding the useful first slice and getting it into a form people can react to.
- Turn fuzzy briefs into a clear plan and a working first version.
- Design the flow and interface, then build it far enough in code to feel real.
- Ship whole products solo: design, build, content and SEO.
With people in the loop
The work is not a hand-off. I bring stakeholders along, make decisions visible and use feedback early enough that it can still change the outcome.
- Work collaboratively and give straight feedback.
- Put prototypes in front of actual humans early.
- Keep what works, change what doesn’t and drop what doesn’t matter.
How I like to work
Make, share, learn. Repeat until useful.
